Finding and removing index codes from documents

Once you have marked index entries in a document, you can find and remove their codes using Reveal Codes. For information about Reveal Codes, see “Using Reveal Codes.”


To find an index code in a document

Click View WordPerfect Office onestep Finding and removing index codes from documents Reveal Codes.

Click Edit WordPerfect Office onestep Finding and removing index codes from documents Find and replace.

In the Find and replace dialog box, click Match WordPerfect Office onestep Finding and removing index codes from documents Codes.
4.
 
In the Codes dialog box, choose Index from the Find codes list.

Click Insert and close.
6.
 
In the Find and replace dialog box, click Action WordPerfect Office onestep Finding and removing index codes from documents Position before.
7.
 
Click Find next.

To delete an index code from a document

Click View WordPerfect Office onestep Finding and removing index codes from documents Reveal Codes.
2.
 
Drag an index entry out of the Reveal Codes window.
