Customizing workspace and display options
You can customize how the document window looks by displaying or hiding items, such as table gridlines, graphics, and hidden text. For example, you can speed up the display of a document by displaying table gridlines or by hiding graphics. For more information about table gridlines, see “Displaying table gridlines and formula indicators.” For more information about graphics, see “Modifying shapes and graphics.”
By hiding all bars and menus in a document, you can remove the toolbars, property bar, ruler, application bar, scroll bar, and menus from the document window.
You can choose to hide the QuickTips on menus. QuickTips provide information about the icons and buttons on the toolbar, property bar, and application bar, and about options on the menu. QuickTips pop up in a small box next to the pointer when you point to an icon or button for a few seconds.
You can enable Corel RealTime Preview, which lets you view the effects of a proposed change to text before you apply the change.
