Customizing toolbars
You can choose which toolbars display on your screen. You can also move a toolbar anywhere on the screen. Placing it inside the document window creates a floating toolbar with a title bar. Placing it on any of the four sides of the document window docks the toolbar, making it part of the window border.
You can create custom toolbars to provide quick access to the features, keystrokes, commands, and macros you use most.
You can add buttons and separators to custom toolbars or to the preset toolbars provided with WordPerfect. Separators are the vertical lines between buttons and are used to create a group of buttons. You can also rearrange buttons on a toolbar. You can also remove a button from a toolbar.
You can change toolbar buttons so that they display with text only, with pictures only, or with both pictures and text. You can change the picture on a button.
You can copy toolbars. Copying a toolbar is useful when you want to create a toolbar with similar features and buttons as an existing toolbar. You can also rename toolbars; however, you can rename only the toolbars that you have created, not the preset toolbars provided with WordPerfect.
You can restore any of the preset toolbars provided with WordPerfect to their original settings.
You can delete toolbars you have created.
