Changing user information, prompt settings, and error notifications

WordPerfect lets you change user information. For example, you can add your name and initials to user information and choose a color in which to display your comments so that other users can easily identify them.

You can choose to be prompted if a word needs to be hyphenated. You can also choose to be notified when an error is detected in a document.
