Converting text and comments
You can convert text to a comment and a comment to text. By default, comments are not printed with the document; however, you can convert them to text in the document and then print them. For information about printing comments, see “Printing document sections and comments.”

Select the text you want to convert to a comment.

Click Insert

In Draft view, comments appear as shaded text within the main body of a document; in Page view and Two Pages view, comments appear as icons in the left margin. For more information about view modes, see “Viewing and navigating documents.”

Click in the line where the comment is inserted.
|
|

|
Click Insert
Comment Convert to text. |
