Linking and embedding TextArt images

An image created with TextArt is an OLE object. You can link or embed an existing TextArt image or create a new TextArt image in a WordPerfect document. For more information about working with TextArt, see “Using TextArt.”


To link or embed a TextArt image

Select a TextArt image.

Click Edit WordPerfect Office onestep Linking and embedding TextArt images Copy.

In WordPerfect, click where you want to insert a TextArt image.
4.
 
Click Edit WordPerfect Office onestep Linking and embedding TextArt images Paste special.
5.
 
Enable one of the following options:
•
Paste — embeds a TextArt image
•
Paste link — links a TextArt image
6.
 
From the As list, choose a format for the embedded image.

To create an embedded TextArt image

Click where you want to insert a TextArt image.

Click Insert WordPerfect Office onestep Linking and embedding TextArt images Object.
3.
 
Enable the Create new option.
4.
 
Choose TextArt document from the Object type list box.
5.
 
Click OK.
6.
 
Create a new TextArt image.
7.
 
Click outside the OLE box.
