Linking and embedding TextArt images
An image created with TextArt is an OLE object. You can link or embed an existing TextArt image or create a new TextArt image in a WordPerfect document. For more information about working with TextArt, see “Using TextArt.”
To link or embed a TextArt image |
1.

Select a TextArt image.
|
2.

|
Click Edit Copy.
|
3.
|
|
In WordPerfect, click where you want to insert a TextArt image.
|
4.
|
|
Click Edit Paste special.
|
5.
|
|
Enable one of the following options:

|
Paste — embeds a TextArt image
|
•
|
Paste link — links a TextArt image
|
6.
|
|
From the As list, choose a format for the embedded image.
|
To create an embedded TextArt image |
1.
|
|
Click where you want to insert a TextArt image.
|
2.
|
|
Click Insert Object.
|
3.
|
|
Enable the Create new option.
|
4.
|
|
Choose TextArt document from the Object type list box.
|
5.
|
|
Click OK.
|
6.
|
|
Create a new TextArt image.
|
7.
|
|
Click outside the OLE box.
|
